To provide for all individuals in the city of Ballarat and surrounding country areas an opportunity to exercise and have fun via the sport of futsal and to provide different standards of competition for all levels of ability, from primary school through to adults and to provide this at an affordable cost.

To develop the sport through primary, secondary and university level education facilities by offering free clinics.

To offer the opportunity to youth, male and female, to develop leadership skills through learning to referee and coach primary and secondary school teams.

To offer to adults the opportunity of working in their community through refereeing and coaching teams from primary school through to seniors.

To provide and sponsor, where possible, equipment to schools in the Ballarat and surrounding country areas to foster the sport of Futsal.
