LAW XVII - GOAL KEEPERS

1.     If a Goal Keeper receives the ball with their hands, they must return the ball into play with their hands
2.     If the Goal Keeper controls the ball with their feet, they must return it into play with their feet
3.     A Goal Keeper cannot bounce the ball and catch it again whilst the ball is in play

Any player red carded will have their ID card confiscated by the referee and held by the centre until their suspension has been served.

All referees must carry their ID card with them at all times and must wear the correct uniform. No club should be using a referee that is not qualified or is dressed improperly.

All players and teams playing in National League will wear uniforms in accordance with FFAO
National League rules.

Any team being late for a kick-off ie. less than 4 players, will be allowed 5 minutes of clock running time to fulfill their obligations. At the end of the 5 minutes the game is a forfeit with 6 goals being awarded to the opposition.
